Macaroni - Indian Style Masala Macaroni - Spicy Macaroni - Colourful Macaroni

                                          Macaroni 
This Indian Style Macaroni can be prepared just with the basic ingredients. It can be prepared under 25 mins. You can use any kind of macaroni as it comes in various shapes. I also prepare the other variation of pasta recipes like white sauce and red sauce pasta, but i personally like this recipe a lot. the main reason being, it is easy simple, quick & spicy
compared to other pasta recipes.

Ingredients :
  • Macaroni - 1 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/2 
  • Onion - 1 
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chilly - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato sauce - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Maggi masala - 1 pckt
  • Red chilly powder - less than 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp 
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Method :
  1. Boil the macaroni, first. Take 2 to 3 cups of water in any utensil and place it on flame for heating. When water starts boiling add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt and macaroni into it and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir at regular intervals. 
  2. Wash all the vegetables, capsicum, onion, tomato then chop them finely.
  3. Macaroni is cooked aptly. Strain it with help of a sieve and discard the water. Preheat some oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add ginger paste, finely chopped green chilly and saute for while. Now add finely chopped onion and tomatoes and again saute for 2-3 mins.
  4. Now add capsicum, salt, maggi masala, turmeric, red chilly powder and tomato sauce into it and mix really well. Cook for few more minutes. Add macaroni and cook the macaroni with vegetables.
