Spicy Veg Briyani

Veg Biryani is a delicious recipe made of rice, veggies and a variety of spices. Compared to the other varieties of rice dishes like Pulao, Fried Rice, Biryani has a stronger taste of curried rice due to a higher amount of spices, mint leaves, coriander leaves, Carrot, beans & potatoes cooked in gravy of spicy yogurt and served with basmati rice topped with fried onions..This goes well with raita/any other spicy gravies.
